I have been engaged in the appraisal and real estate industries for the past eight years. I have had experience in the appraisal of single family, multi-family dwellings, cooperative apartments, condominiums and vacant land.
The areas of which I practice include Westchester and Putnam Counties.
Appraisal assignments have been completed for banks, insurance companies, second mortgage companies, national corporations, and attorneys in the valuation of residential property for the purpose of mortgage loans, construction loans, second mortgage loans, insurance policies and estates.
