I am a real estate appraiser and counselor with broad experience in commercial, industrial, residential and special purpose property valuations and analysis. I have made appraisals for investment, development, syndication, mortgage financing, acquisition, disposition, condemnation, ad valorem tax appeal, zoning variance application, equitable distribution, and estate purposes. My experience includes marketability and re-use studies. I have acted for the purchase and sale of all types of real property.
Formerly, I was affiliated with the firms of Wm. Schubert & Co. Inc., American Appraisal Associates, Inc., and John J. Noto, and at a fee appraiser for over fifteen years.
