I have been engaged exclusively in the appraisal industry since 1989, in the appraisal of one to four family dwellings, vacant land, tax certiorari and commercial properties. Appraisal assignments completed for banks, second mortgage companies and national corporations, in the valuation of residential property for purposes of mortgage loans, construction loans, second mortgage loans, divorce, bankruptcy and estates.
