David Ruzow has been a real estate appraiser, analysis and consultant since 1979, with a certified residential license in New York State since 1992, and a certified residential appraisal since 2014 in the state of Florida.

David has personally inspected and appraised over 20,000 properties, including single and multi-family dwellings, high value properties, condominium apartments and co-operative apartments.

David has done appraisals for mortgage security, estate tax and estate planning, gift taxes, condemnation, market value, assessment tax review, grievance and certiorari, feasibility analysis, matrimonial, and employee relocation.

The first part of the appraisal process is to take the time to listen to the client, and understand the problem. With over 40 years of real estate appraisal consulting, David Ruzow is able to quickly analyze the situation from the simple to the complex, and offer solutions that can save our clients time and money. Sometimes the solution is a traditional appraisal. Other times, the solution is a consulting assignment, doing research and analysis, to offer solutions requiring less than a traditional valuation approach.
